Friendly staff. Easy to book in - admittedly I don't require a courtesy car because I can walk into town from the garage. As far as I know, work is done to a high standard - I've never had any problems.

Overall happy but if you Need to turn.off cameras please have them back on as it is very difficult to do when you suffer from Arthritis

A little bit difficult getting Cuban information about when car would be ready - I sensed a bumit of a distraction with a new car model launch in the BMW showroom getting prepared for later in the day....

Polite,explained everything as I asked. Took me for a test drive which gave me confidence as I have only ever had manual cars.
